Refund policy

Can I return or exchange my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns must be first confirmed by email (hello@demob-happy.com) with photo evidence and order number or receipt. Reasons include: Wrong size/colour for soft merch and damage to records/cds - severe seem splits etc. These cases are dealt with on a case by case basis.

If the item was an incorrect purchase or is no longer wanted, you will be charged for the return postage. We will make every effort to replace any damaged/lost/incorrect items.

If an item is no longer available or out of print, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a refund. If an item has be lost and all options have been exhausted to find it, we will offer a refund.

Please note that the orders payed with PayPal can be refunded only within 90 days of the payment. After that it is not possible to refund the orders.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes, you will receive tracking to your email when your order leaves the warehouse.


Some other stuff to put your mind at ease:

No credit card information is handled by Demob Happy. Intruder detection software and procedures will be handled by the hosting provider. Demob Happy does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
