Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

As we are an entirely DIY operation and Demob only have as many hands as mother nature provided - non-pre-orders are usually shipped once a week on Wednesdays / Thursdays. Once the order is on its way, you will be notified and receive a separate tracking email.

Please allow 1-3 days for UK deliveries, 4-12 working days for European deliveries and up to 5-20 days for International deliveries.

 

When will I get my pre-ordered product?

Your pre-order will be sent out on the specified release date on the listing. 

If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order, these items will ship when the pre-order becomes available. This is due to only one shipping charge being applied to the order placed. We cannot ship items separately if they are ordered together in one transaction. We recommend ordering pre-order items in a separate transaction if you don’t want it to hold up the delivery of another, in stock item in your order.
